A thoughtful little agreement.

Giftey is an early-access gift suggestion and reminder service. You remain responsible for choosing and buying gifts. We do not process orders, gift payments, deliveries or returns. Membership payments are handled separately through Stripe.

Giftey is operated by Telescope Technology Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 12774445. Registered office: 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom.

Recommendations

AI can make mistakes. Confirm the current price, shipping, availability, suitability and retailer terms before buying. Source prices can change. Third-party links are provided for your convenience; purchases are between you and the retailer.

Reminders

Notifications depend on permission, connectivity, browser support and device settings. Delivery may be delayed or fail. Keep another reminder for time-sensitive occasions.

Your account

Use a Google or Apple account you control and keep your account secure. Only enter information you are entitled to use. Do not misuse the service, bypass usage limits or access another person’s account. Gift searches are rate-limited to keep the service available.

Membership

The free plan supports one person and two occasions per person. Membership is advertised at £2.99 a month and renews monthly until cancelled. It supports up to 100 people and 12 occasions per person. Temporary service limits can apply to gift searches on both plans. Check the total shown in Stripe Checkout before paying.

Use Settings → Membership to manage billing and cancel renewal. Your billing page shows the effective cancellation date. Deleting your Giftey account ends membership immediately and does not automatically issue a refund. Contact us for cancellation, withdrawal, refund or billing questions. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes and contact

Features may change during early access. You can export your information and delete your account in Your space. Contact support@getgiftey.com for support. Nothing here limits rights that apply under consumer law.
